Most people who know me, know that I am heavily into alternative therapies instead of going to a Doctor. That is not saying that I haven’t been to Doctors in the past, but I nearly always find that I knew more about my body than they did, and all they want to do is give you drugs to treat your symptoms and send you on your way without even trying to find a cause of your illness.
Alternative therapies try to find the cause of what is ailing your body and fix it from there – not just mask it with a chemical that will probably cause side effects which will make you more ill. We treat the WHOLE body, not just the part that is ill.
That is why in 2014, I hope to gain my diploma in Herbology.
I currently grow a lot of my herbs, fruit and vegetables organically – and I hope to get my greenhouse up and running in 2014 too (money prevailing), as I would love to have all year round crops.
So as I find remedies or do them myself, I will be posting them here on my page of “Herbal Remedies”. I am also into raw foods and juicing (I have a juicer, blender and a NutriBullet) to get the goodness out of your produce so I will share my favourite juicing recipes too.

I use parsley which has anti inflammatory properties instead of cilantro/coriander as I am allergic to it.
This one tastes rather yummy too.
