This is a recipe for banana ice cream and it’s variations. It is a non-dairy, no colourings or flavourings, and no added processed sugar way of indulging in a desert that is actually doing you good….totally GUILT FREE!!
You will need either a high powered blender like a Vitamix or a NutriBullet to process this in.
1-2 Bananas (Frozen and chopped up)
1-3 Dates (chopped up)
2-3 Tablespoons of non-dairy plant based milk (Almond, Soy, Oat, Rice, Coconut)
A few drops of organic vanilla essence (non alcohol one).
Place all ingredients into the container and blend away…you will end up with an ooeey-gooey container of yummy-ness…

There are many variations that you can do, you can put cacao powder (or carob) into the mix to make a chocolatey ice cream, or you could omit the dates and put berries in there instead…you are only limited by your imagination:
