We all love chocolate don’t we??? However, the crap you buy at the supermarket is full of stuff that one should not class with chocolate at all….full of added flavours, heaps of sugar and only a small percentage of chocolate.
So let’s make our own from all natural, ingredients.
SO LETS GET STARTED!!
The ingredients you will need are:
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
6 heaping Tablespoons of raw cacao powder
4 TBS of maple syrup
A pinch of sea salt (or Himalayan Pink Salt ~ my favourite!!)
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl. Pour into chocolate molds, freeze for about 15-20 minutes or pop in the fridge until set. Gently tap out the chocolate. (I use the silicone ones as the chocolates just come out easier).
Now just a note: This chocolate melts quicker than regular chocolate, so make sure you keep it in the fridge or the freezer and put it back in the fridge or freezer once you serve it and your guests are done.
